Standards on Infrastructure in the Healthcare Sector

On October 25, 2018, the Ministry of Health issued Circular 26/2018/TT-BYT stipulating the standards of facilities that medical training institutions must meet.

According to Circular 26, the standards for facilities in the medical specialization are regulated as follows:

- Regarding classroom standards and equipment, it must ensure sufficient seating and appropriate equipment for teaching and learning.- Concerning educational resources, it must ensure sufficient quantity and quality.- Regarding the application of information technology, there needs to be an electronic information page providing and updating sufficient information about the list of lecturers, programs, and the list of materials for each training program. Additionally, there should be a database system that stores information about courses and trainees.
