Standards for union members and members of the Vietnam Aviation Club (Illustrative image)

According to Article 29 of Circular 20/2014/TT-BQP, the standards for union members and members of the Vietnam Aviation Club are specified as follows:

- Organizations/units with legal status and individuals from inside and outside the country that acknowledge the principles and purposes and adhere to the regulations on management of operations of the Vietnam Aviation Club as stipulated in this Regulation, voluntarily invest in vehicles, technical equipment, and capital to develop the Aviation Club will be considered and decided as members of the Vietnam Aviation Club.

- Vietnamese citizens, foreigners currently living and working in Vietnam, and Vietnamese citizens currently residing abroad who do not violate the laws of Vietnam and the residing country will be considered for recognition as union members of the Vietnam Aviation Club when acknowledging/complying with the provisions of this Regulation and submitting an application to join the Vietnam Aviation Club. Foreign tourists in Vietnam who meet all the requirements of this Regulation will be recognized as temporary union members of the Vietnam Aviation Club.

- Officials who are pilots, aviation engineers, and parachutists with excellent skills and reputations are encouraged to participate as teachers and trainers at the Vietnam Aviation Club.
