Standards for Receiving Orders and Medals in the Procuracy Industry

To be specific, the standards for Medals, Orders, and State Honorary Titles in the procuracy sector are awarded to individuals or collectives who meet the following conditions:

- “Golden Star Order” to be awarded to collectives or awarded, posthumously awarded to individuals who meet the standards specified in Article 34 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Article 14 of the Decree 91/2017/ND-CP.- “Ho Chi Minh Order” to be awarded to collectives or awarded, posthumously awarded to individuals who meet the standards specified in Article 35 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Article 15 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP.- “Order of Independence” First Class, Second Class, Third Class to be awarded to collectives or awarded, posthumously awarded to individuals who meet the standards specified in Articles 36, 37, 38 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Articles 16, 17, 18 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP.- “Order of Labor” First Class, Second Class, Third Class to be awarded to collectives or awarded, posthumously awarded to individuals who meet the standards specified in Articles 42, 43, 44 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Articles 22, 23, 24 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP.- “Order of Military Merit” First Class, Second Class, Third Class to be awarded to collectives or awarded, posthumously awarded to individuals who meet the standards specified in Article 48 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Articles 28, 29, 30 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP.- “Order of Bravery” to be awarded or posthumously awarded to individuals who meet the standards specified in Article 50 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Article 32 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP.- “Order of Friendship” to be awarded or posthumously awarded to foreigners, awarded to collectives of foreigners who meet the standards specified in Article 51 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Article 33 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP.- “Medal of Friendship” to be awarded to foreigners who meet the standards specified in Article 57 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Article 36 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP.- The title “Hero of Labor” to be awarded or posthumously awarded to individuals and awarded to collectives who meet the standards specified in Article 61 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.- The titles “People’s Teacher”, “Meritorious Teacher” to be awarded to individuals who meet the standards specified in Article 62 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.
