Regarding this matter, LawNet would like to answer as follows: 

On May 16, 2024, the Minister of Health issued Circular 06/2024/TT-BYT on ranking of public healthcare providers in Vietnam.

The standards for ranking public healthcare providers in Vietnam as of July 1, 2024 will be implemented according to Appendix 1 issued with Circular 06/2024/TT-BYT, as follows:

Standard group I: Position, functions, tasks
