Standards for Practical Vocational Education Teachers, Grade III

Circular 03 stipulates that Vocational Education Practicing Teachers Rank III must meet the following training and retraining standards:

- Possess a vocational college degree in a speciality suitable to the subject they teach or have an appropriate vocational skills certificate to teach practical lessons at the intermediate level.- Fulfill pedagogical professional standards.- Have foreign language proficiency level 2 (A2) as regulated or equivalent and higher.- Have basic information technology skills proficiency as regulated.- Have a retraining certificate according to the professional title standards for Vocational Education Practicing Teachers Rank III.

Additionally, they must meet the following professional competency standards:

- Master the knowledge of the assigned teaching subject or trade; possess knowledge of related subjects or trades; have an understanding of the production and service realities of the subject or trade.- Grasp the training objectives and content of the curriculum for the assigned subject or trade; understand the training plan of the vocational education institution.- Be able to organize the training of the assigned subject or trade. Master the safety techniques and labor hygiene of the subject or trade.- Effectively and safely use teaching aids and teaching equipment. Know how to apply information technology to improve teaching efficiency and training quality. Know how to manufacture and innovate teaching aids and equipment.- Proficiently perform the skills of the assigned subject or trade; know how to organize labor production and services for the assigned subject or trade.- Officials holding the title of Vocational Education Teacher Rank IV promoted to the title of Vocational Education Practicing Teacher Rank III must have held the title of Vocational Education Teacher Rank IV or equivalent for at least 03 (three) years, with the most recent period holding the title of Vocational Education Teacher Rank IV being at least 01 (one) year.
