Standards for law disseminators within the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam

Circular 42/2016/TT-BQP stipulates the standards for law disseminators (central level, subordinate to the Ministry of National Defense ovn, unit level) in the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam as follows:

In cases where there is no law university degree, but a degree in another field is held, there must be at least 03 years of direct professional work related to law or in legal dissemination and education; Have at least 05 years of work experience in the Army.	Conduct legal dissemination and education nationwide and across the entire army.
2	Law disseminators directly under the Ministry of National Defense	Must be an officer or professional soldier; Have good moral qualities, strong political bravery, solid ideological stance, and prestige within the agency or unit; Have the ability to speak before a group; Hold a law university degree and have at least 02 years of work experience in the legal field. In cases where there is no law university degree, but a degree in another field is held, there must be at least 03 years of direct professional work related to law or in legal dissemination and education; Have at least 03 years of work experience in the Army.	Conduct legal dissemination and education within the recognized scope of the unit.
3	Law disseminators at the unit level	Must be an officer, professional soldier, or defense civil servant; Have good moral qualities, strong political bravery, solid ideological stance, and prestige within the agency or unit; Have the ability to speak before a group; Hold a law university degree and have at least 02 years of work experience in the legal field. In cases where there is no law university degree, but a degree in another field is held, there must be at least 03 years of direct professional work related to law or in legal dissemination and education;
