Circular 20/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates that lecturers appointed to leadership positions or concurrently holding management, party, or union positions (excluding lecturers in national defense and security education) in Vietnam have minimum teaching obligations according to the following standards (calculated as a percentage of the standard teaching hours from 200 to 350 hours).
