Staffing for Officials at the Inland Waterway Port Authority

Additionally, officials and public employees, as well as contracted workers at inland waterways port authorities, are recruited, employed, and managed according to the Law on Cadres, the Law on Public Employees, and labor legislation; they are classified, paid salaries, and enjoy other benefits as prescribed by law. These officials and public employees will be provided with uniforms as specified by the Minister of Transport and must wear uniforms when performing official duties.
