Specifications for Men's Fisheries Inspector Uniforms Applied from January 01, 2019

To be specific, at Clause 3, Article 6 Circular 20/2018/TT-BNNPTNT stipulates the specifications of the Fisheries Surveillance men's uniform as follows:

- Winter pants and shirt: four-pocket jacket style, four shoulder loops for ranks insignia, left sleeve attached with Fisheries Surveillance badge;- Long-sleeve shirt: stand-up collar style, cuffs, left chest pocket without flap;- Summer shirt: short-sleeve stand-up collar style, two chest pockets, four shoulder loops for ranks insignia, left sleeve attached with Fisheries Surveillance badge;- Transitional season pants and shirt: similar to the men's summer shirt but long sleeve;- Winter warm shirt: short jacket style, cuffed with buttons, four shoulder loops for ranks insignia, left sleeve attached with Fisheries Surveillance badge;- Trousers: dress pants style with one front crease;- Winter ceremonial shirt: long-sleeve outer jacket style, double-breasted, shoulder epaulettes, left sleeve attached with Fisheries Surveillance badge, cuffs attached with 02 (two) yellow stripes, 02 cm wide, 01 cm distance between the stripes;- Winter ceremonial trousers: as stipulated in point e, clause 3 of this Article;- Summer ceremonial shirt: short-sleeve outer jacket style, single-breasted, shoulder epaulettes, left sleeve attached with Fisheries Surveillance badge;- Summer ceremonial trousers: as stipulated in point e, clause 3 of this Article.

Additionally, the Circular also stipulates the color specifications of the Fisheries Surveillance uniform fabric as follows:

- Winter pants and shirt, women's skirt, long-sleeve inner shirt: dark gray;- Summer shirt, transitional season shirt: light gray;- Long-sleeve shirt, personal net, short-sleeve inner shirt: white;- Ceremonial pants, shirts, and shoes (winter, summer): white.

Personal life jacket: yellow, with reflective white and red surrounding the left chest with an imprinted badge, “VIET NAM FISHERIES SURVEILLANCE” imprinted on the back.
