On August 1, 2024, the Minister of Transport issued Circular 29/2024/TT-BGTVT stipulating the conditions, standards, attire, and inspector cards for those assigned to perform transport sector specialized inspection duties; the tasks and powers of agencies performing the inspection function in the transport sector.

According to the provisions of Article 7 of Circular 29/2024/TT-BGTVT, the specifications and color of female attire for transport specialized inspectors in Vietnam are as follows:

- Overcoat

+ Material: Twill-mixed fabric code TW8058-1; 3/1 twill weave; composition PW45/55; warp density 360s/10cm², weft density 270s/10cm²; weight 245g/m²;

+ Color: Dark blue;

+ Style: Veston style, B-shaped collar; one row of 4 shiny white metal buttons on the chest; shoulder straps for ranks, padded shoulders with sewn-on cotton padding; the front body cut from top to bottom, with two diagonal pockets; single-seam back body with a vent; sleeve style with two seams, cuffs with buttons; all collars, plackets, pocket flaps, and body reinforced with interfacing.

- Business Suit Jacket

+ Material: Twill-mixed fabric code TW8058-1; 3/1 twill weave; composition PW45/55; warp density 360s/10cm², weft density 270s/10cm²; weight 245g/m²;

+ Color: Dark blue;

+ Style: Jacket, B-shaped collar; one row of 4 shiny white metal buttons on the chest; front body with two bottom pockets with flaps; shoulder straps for ranks, padding on shoulders; single-seam back body with a vent; sleeves with two seams, cuffs folded outwards; all collars, plackets, pocket flaps, and body reinforced with interfacing.

- Long-sleeve shirt for Fall-Winter, Spring-Summer

+ Material: Poplin 8151 PE/VIS; composition 65/35; warp density 320s/10cm², weft density 286s/10cm²; weight 145g/m²;

+ Color: Sky blue;

+ Style: Long-sleeve shirt with a standing collar; front body with two patch chest pockets, middle folded pocket; rounded pocket corners; cuffs, paddled cuffs; shoulder straps for ranks; round shirt tail.

+ Short-sleeve shirt for Spring-Summer

+ Material: Poplin 8151 PE/VIS; composition 65/35; warp density 320s/10cm², weft density 286s/10cm²; weight 145g/m²;

+ Color: Sky blue;

+ Style: Short-sleeve shirt with a folded collar; single-seam back body; front darts at the waist, shoulder straps for ranks; sleeve hems sewn inward; two bottom pockets on the front body; round shirt tail (style 1).

Short-sleeve shirt with a standing collar; front body with two patch chest pockets, middle folded pocket; rounded pocket corners; shoulder straps for ranks; sleeve hems sewn inward; round shirt tail (style 2).

- Pants for Fall-Winter, Spring-Summer

+ Material: Twill-mixed fabric code TW8058-1; 3/1 twill weave; composition PW45/55; warp density 360s/10cm², weft density 270s/10cm²; weight 245g/m²;

+ Color: Dark blue;

+ Style: Dress pants with detached waistband, two angled side pockets; front body with one concealed pleat per side running down the pants; plastic zipper fly; waistband with one hook and one internal plastic button; back body with one pleat per side; plain hem.

- Skirt

+ Material: Twill-mixed fabric, code TW8050-1; 3/1 twill weave; composition PW45/55; warp density 360s/10cm², weft density 270s/10cm²; weight 245g/m²;

+ Color: Dark blue;

+ Style: A-line skirt, detachable waistband, wide waistband; front body with two diagonal pockets, two straight seams from waistband to hem; back body with a teardrop zipper and rear vent.

- Leather shoes

+ Material: TPR sole; black nappa leather; thickness 1.2mm - 1.4mm; tensile strength (Mpa)³18, (N/cm²)³320; Shore A hardness 60 ± 5;

+ Style: Slip-on shoes, plain toe made of nappa leather; leather inner shoe lining, cream-colored leather insole; non-slip patterned outsole; heel height 5cm.

- Buckle strap sandals

+ Material: Black nappa leather; thickness 1.2mm - 1.4mm; tensile strength (Mpa)³18, (N/cm²)³3;

+ Style: Cross strap; 7cm heel with a clasp.
