On August 1, 2024, the Minister of Transport of Vietnam issued Circular 29/2024/TT-BGTVT stipulating the conditions, standards, uniforms, and inspection cards for those assigned to perform transport sector inspection tasks; the duties and powers of the agency performing the inspection function of the Transport sector.

Specifications and colors of male uniform for transport specialized inspectors in Vietnam from September 20, 2024

According to the provisions of Article 6 Circular 29/2024/TT-BGTVT, the specifications and colors of male uniform for transport specialized inspectors in Vietnam are as follows:

- Overcoat

+ Material: TW8058-1 mixed wool suiting fabric; 3/1 twill weave; PW45/55 ratio; warp density 360s/10cm², weft 270s/10cm²; weight 245g/m²;

+ Color: dark navy blue;

+ Design: veston style, B-shaped collar, waist belt, brass zipper; chest with flap, one row of 4 shiny white buttons; epaulettes with rank insignia, padded shoulders; inside each chest a pocket with a trim; two diagonal welt pockets on the lower front; back with offset shoulder seams, sewn center back, with a vent; sleeves with a two-piece construction, buttons on the cuffs; fully interlined collar, front placket, pocket flaps, and body; length to the thigh.

- Vest

+ Material: TW8058-1 mixed wool suiting fabric; 3/1 twill weave; PW45/55 ratio; warp density 360s/10cm², weft 270s/10cm²; weight 245g/m²;

+ Color: dark navy blue;

+ Design: jacket, B-shaped collar; one row of 4 shiny white buttons on the chest; four fitted pockets (2 chest pockets, 2 lower pockets) with flaps; epaulettes with rank insignia, padded shoulders; back with sewn center, with a center back vent; sleeves with a two-piece construction, cuffs turned outwards; fully interlined collar, front placket, pocket flaps, and body.

- Long Sleeve Shirt for Autumn-Winter, Spring-Summer

+ Material: poplin 8151 PE/VIS; ratio 65/35; warp density 320s/10cm², weft 286s/10cm²; weight 145g/m²;

+ Color: sky blue;

+ Design: standing collar shirt; front with two chest patch pockets, central seam covered with flap, rounded pocket corners; one row of 6 buttons on the chest; epaulettes with rank insignia; back with offset shoulder seams, one pleat on each side; long sleeves with cuffs, buttoned sleeve vent.

- Short Sleeve Shirt for Spring-Summer

+ Material: poplin 8151 PE/VIS; ratio 65/35; warp density 320s/10cm², weft 286s/10cm²; weight 145g/m²;

+ Color: sky blue;

+ Design: standing collar shirt; front with two chest patch pockets, central seam covered with flap, rounded pocket corners; one row of 6 brass buttons on the chest; epaulettes with rank insignia; back with offset shoulder seams, one pleat on each side; short sleeves, turned inwards with two parallel stitches.

- Trousers for Autumn-Winter, Spring-Summer

+ Material: TW8058-1 mixed wool suiting fabric; 3/1 twill weave; PW45/55 ratio; warp density 360s/10cm², weft 270s/10cm²; weight 245g/m²;

+ Color: dark navy blue;

+ Design: trousers with separate waistband, two diagonal side pockets; front pleats turned towards the seams; zipper fly; waistband with one hook and one inside plastic button; back with two pleats, two button-down back pockets; waistband with 6 belt loops; hemmed front-side higher.

- Leather Shoes

+ Material: PU sole; black nappa leather; thickness 1.4mm - 1.6mm; tensile strength (Mpa)³16, (N/cm²)³1100; shore A hardness 60 ± 5;

+ Design: oxford style, plain toe; 4 eyelets for decorative lacing, foam padded shoe body for comfort, elastic inserts inside and outside; nappa leather toe, soft, shiny, fine grain leather, khaki cow leather lining, and insole; PU material sole with 4cm molded heel; anti-slip patterned sole.

- Strappy Sandals

+ Material: black nappa leather; thickness 1.2mm - 1.4mm; tensile strength (Mpa)³18, (N/cm²)³3;

+ Design: open toe; 3cm heel, with clasp.
