In cases of volunteers who work in units stationed in highland areas, border areas, islands, or areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions according to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam, it is possible to select graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in law, full-time, with average grades.

- Active-duty service members, national defense workers, high school graduates who pass the entrance examination for military universities to be selected for full-time undergraduate law training.

- Those who meet the conditions and standards for positions in the Military Procuracy.
