This is a noteworthy content stipulated in Circular 113/2015/TT-BQP stipulating the selection, training, retraining, and utilization of military procuracy officers.
Circular 113/2015/TT-BQP stipulates 03 sources for selecting officials for the Military Procuracy. To be specific:
- Active-duty service members, national defense workers; officials and public employees, citizens outside the military with a PhD in law, Master in law, or those who have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in law, full-time, with good grades or higher. In cases of volunteers who work in units stationed in highland areas, border areas, islands, or areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions according to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam, it is possible to select graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in law, full-time, with average grades.
- Active-duty service members, national defense workers, high school graduates who pass the entrance examination for military universities to be selected for full-time undergraduate law training.
- Those who meet the conditions and standards for positions in the Military Procuracy.
