Some Notes on the List of Residential and Hydrological Place Names in Thai Binh Province

According to Circular 04/2019/TT-BTNMT, the category of residential, orographic, hydrographic, socio-economic place names serving the mapping of the land area of Thai Binh province is arranged in alphabetical order of Vietnamese administrative units at the district level, including cities and districts, in which:

- Column "Place Name" refers to the place names that have been standardized.- Column "Object Group" refers to the abbreviations of place name groups, in which: DC is the residential group; SV is the orographic group; TV is the hydrographic group; KX is the socio-economic group.- Column "Commune-level Administrative Unit Name" refers to the names of commune-level administrative units, in which: P. is the abbreviation for "ward"; TT. is the abbreviation for "commune-level town".- Column "District-level Administrative Unit Name" refers to the names of district-level administrative units, in which: TP. is the abbreviation for "city"; H. is the abbreviation for "district".- Column "Relative Position Coordinates" refers to the relative position coordinates of the geographical object corresponding to the place name in the "Place Name" column.- Column "Topographic Map Sheet Number" refers to the symbol of the national topographic map at a scale of 1:25,000 containing the standardized place names in the "Place Name" column.
