Permanent personnel for anti-drift, support, and rescue operations must be trained personnel, with at least the following staffing: permanent anti-drift commander (level 5 to level 6 staff): 01 person/shift; permanent anti-drift staff (level 3 to level 4 staff): 05 persons/shift;- The minimum equipment and tools for 01 station include: 01 permanent station signboard; 01 loudspeaker set/means of transport; 01 signal flag/means of transport; 01 lifesaving medicine cabinet; 01 walkie-talkie (telephone)/means of transport; 02 flashlights; 01 binoculars and lifesaving equipment as prescribed;
