Skills in Handling Complaints by Educational Inspection Collaborators

In 2016, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular 24/2016/TT-BGDDT promulgating the Training Program for Educational Inspection Collaborators.

According to Circular 24/2016/TT-BGDDT, educational inspection collaborators must have skills in resolving complaints to perform the following activities:

- Issue decisions to accept and verify the contents of complaints, notify the acceptance of complaint resolution; develop a plan to verify the contents of complaints; announce the decision to verify the contents of complaints.- Work with the complainant, the person being complained about, agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the verification process; consult, request assessments; report the results of the complaint content verification.- Issue and publicize conclusions on the contents of the complaints, decision on the handling of legal violations detected through complaint resolution; establish and manage the dossier for complaint resolution.
