Circular 26/2017/TT-BGTVT stipulates the uniforms, badges, insignias, and signs of officials and public employees and staff of the Inland Waterway Port Authority, issued on August 2, 2017. One notable content of this Circular is the regulation on signs as well as pennants.
- Civil servants, public employees, and staff of the Inland Waterways Port Authority must wear an insignia (name tag) on the left chest of their uniform when on duty;- The insignia is made of metal, blue in color, rectangular in shape, with a gold-edged border of 0.1 cm, measuring 2.5 cm x 8.1 cm and 0.2 cm thick; it is divided into two horizontal sections: The top section features the embossed emblem of the Inland Waterways Port Authority at 2 cm; the remaining section includes the name of the supervising agency, the name of the Inland Waterways Port Authority, and the name, position of the officials and public employees, and staff in embossed gold letters. The back side has a pin to attach to the uniform;- The design of the insignia for officials and public employees, and staff of the Inland Waterways Port Authority is stipulated in Appendix V issued with Circular 26/2017/TT-BGTVT.
- The flag of the Inland Waterways Port Authority is to be flown on the inland waterway vessels of the Inland Waterways Port Authority;- The flag: isosceles triangle shape, with a base length of 30 cm and a height of 45 cm; made of dark blue fabric, lightweight, and durable; in the center has a circle with an 11 cm diameter, red background, yellow-edged, with a yellow star inside the circle;- The design of the flag of the Inland Waterways Port Authority is stipulated in Appendix VI issued with Circular 26/2017/TT-BGTVT.
