Circular 49/2019/TT-BGTVT stipulates that the settlement documents of support expenses for price implementation serving special tasks in Vietnam shall be made according to Point c, Clause 3, Article 46 of Decree 65/2018/ND-CP, dated May 12, 2018, of the Government of Vietnam detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Railways.

Accompanying the settlement documents are the following documents:

a) Explanation of the settlement documents;

b) Consolidated table of settlement support prices for each task;

c) Consolidated table of settlement revenue for each task;

d) Consolidated table of settlement costs for each task;

đ) Copies of relevant vouchers and documents.

Notably, in the settlement documents, railway transport enterprises must exclude cases that have already been requested for payment when performing special tasks as stipulated in Point b, Clause 3, Article 46 of Decree 65/2018/ND-CP.
