- Slaughtering, trading of diseased animals, animals suspected of being diseased, dead animals, or animal products carrying pathogens listed in the category of notifiable animal diseases;- Concentrated livestock farming, poultry farming, hatching poultry eggs, or trading livestock and poultry at unapproved locations or without authorization from the competent authorities.

In addition, the violators will be subject to the remedial measure of mandatory destruction of animals and animal products for violations of the regulations.

Decree 90/2017/ND-CP took effect on September 15, 2017, repealing certain provisions of Decree 119/2013/ND-CP and Decree 41/2017/ND-CP.
