The agencies, organizations, and individuals, when using the forms stipulated in Article 2 of Circular 24/2020/TT-BCA, must ensure complete content, uniformity in format, and dimensions as specified in the individual forms.

According to Form No. 05 issued with Circular 24/2020/TT-BCA, the "DECLASSIFIED" stamp template must:
- Be rectangular, dimensions 30mm x 13mm, with two bordering lines, the distance between the two lines is 01mm;- The first line contains the text "DECLASSIFIED" presented in uppercase letters, font size 14, times new roman, upright, bold;- The second line contains the text "From:….." aligned left with periods extending, presented in lowercase letters, font size 13, times new roman;- The distance between the first and second lines should be 02 mm;- After stamping "DECLASSIFIED" at the “From:….” line, the exact date, month, and year when the declassification takes effect must be written, signed by the authorized senior official;- The "DECLASSIFIED" stamp is used on state secret documents starting from the date of declassification decision by the authorized individual and from the date of receiving the declassification notice or as specified in point c, clause 2, Article 22 of the State Secrets Protection Law.
Note: The ink used for confidentiality level stamps should be red.
