In case of being disciplined by demotion in salary grade or rank, professional soldiers shall be arranged as follows:
- Professional soldiers disciplined by demotion in one or more salary grades will have their new salary grade arranged based on the number of demoted salary grades within the same group and type of professional soldier.- Professional soldiers disciplined by demotion in military rank will have their salary arranged at the highest coefficient of the demoted military rank within the same group and type of professional soldier.- Professional soldiers currently receiving seniority allowances exceeding the framework will not receive these allowances if disciplined by demotion in salary grade or military rank, and salary arrangement shall comply with the above regulations.- The duration for enjoying the new salary grade is effective from the date the disciplinary decision comes into effect. The duration of holding the previous salary grade before disciplinary action is preserved and counted towards the next salary grade increase; the next salary grade increase duration is extended by 12 months compared to the regulations.
