Note: If the nearest point of the vehicle or cargo is less than 1.75 meters from the outermost rail edge, the driver must find a way to signal the train to stop before the obstacle, and at the same time, must use all possible means to quickly move the vehicle or cargo to a distance of at least 1.75 meters from the outermost rail edge. Specific details are stipulated in Appendix 6 of Circular 25.
