Role of the Director General of General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement in Recruitment

According to Circular 09/2015/TT-BTP, the Director General of the General Department of Civil Judgment Execution (THADS) shall manage officials and public employees, and workers under the General Department of Civil Judgment Execution and civil judgment execution agencies according to the provisions of Decision 61/2014/QD-TTg, the laws regarding officials and public employees and workers; and shall be delegated the authority by the Minister to decide on the following matters:

- Allocate the administrative official staffing quotas to units under the General Department of Civil Judgment Execution; total administrative official staff for civil judgment execution agencies in each province and centrally-run city, and the staff of the Department of Civil Judgment Execution.- In recruitment activities

- Recruit officials and public employees of the General Department of Civil Judgment Execution and civil judgment execution agencies in accordance with the provisions of the law and the regulations of this Circular;- Assign probationary guides, appoint individuals to official ranks for those recruited to work at the General Department of Civil Judgment Execution according to the provisions of the law; the assignment of probationary guides, appointment of professional titles for public employees under the General Department of Civil Judgment Execution shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law and the delegation of authority by the Ministry of Justice;- Delegate or authorize the Directors of the Department of Civil Judgment Execution of provinces and centrally-run cities to recruit local civil judgment execution officials suited to the operational requirements and capacity of the Department of Civil Judgment Execution; approve recruitment plans and results of officials by the Directors of the Department of Civil Judgment Execution pursuant to the delegation or authorization of the Director General of the General Department of Civil Judgment Execution;- Sign labor contracts for certain types of jobs to be contracted according to the provisions of the law and according to the approved structure and quantity working at the General Department of Civil Judgment Execution.
