Rights and responsibilities for persons having completed rehabilitation at their residence in Vietnam

Article 12 of Decree 94/2009/ND-CP stipulates the rights, responsibilities, and support policies for persons having completed rehabilitation at their residence as follows:

1. Persons having completed rehabilitation at their residence have the following rights:

- To work, study, and participate in social activities within the community at their residence;- To express their wishes and recommendations to the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level;- To exercise other citizen rights as stipulated by law.

2. Persons having completed rehabilitation have responsibilities:

- To create a rehabilitation training plan following the guidance of the individual or organization assigned to assist; to commit to implementing post-rehabilitation management regulations at the residence and strictly adhere to that commitment;- To strictly abide by the laws of the State, fully perform civic duties, and comply with the conventions of their hamlet, village, street, or residential unit;- To report monthly to the organization tasked with management and assistance on their training progress, efforts, and results.

3. Support policies for persons having completed rehabilitation:

- Persons having completed rehabilitation at their residence are provided psychological and social support during the post-rehabilitation management and reintegration period;- persons having completed rehabilitation are considered for vocational training and job search support according to their abilities and the specific conditions of the People's Committee at the commune level.
