Responsibility for Managing Certificates of National Defense and Security Knowledge Training

According to the regulations of Decree 13/2014/ND-CP, the management of the Certificate of Completion of the National Defense and Security Education Program is carried out as follows:

- The Director of the National Defense Academy decides on the printing, issuing, re-issuing, revoking, and canceling of the Certificate of Completion of the National Defense and Security Education Program for Target Group 1;- The Director of the Political Academy, the Rector of the Military School of Military Zones decide on the printing, issuing, re-issuing, revoking, and canceling of the Certificate of Completion of the National Defense and Security Education Program for Target Group 2;- The Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command ensures the Certificate of Completion of the National Defense and Security Education Program for Target Groups 2, 3, 4, non-state enterprise managers, non-public service providers, outstanding individuals, reputable community members of Hanoi city; The Rector of the Military School of the Hanoi Capital Command decides on the issuing, re-issuing, revoking, and canceling of the Certificate of Completion of the National Defense and Security Education Program for Target Group 2 of Hanoi city;- The Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Command, the Chief of the Provincial Military Command ensure the Certificate of Completion of the National Defense and Security Education Program for Target Groups 3, 4, non-state enterprise managers, non-public service providers, outstanding individuals, and reputable community members in the area;- …
