- The Department of Press shall be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the regulations in Circular 03 as they pertain to print and online newspapers.- The Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information shall be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the regulations in Circular 03 as they pertain to radio and television stations.
