- Organizations and individuals inspecting accelerators must ensure competency and meet management requirements.- Inspection must be performed in accordance with the Standards, and the inspectors are responsible for the inspection results and maintaining records of the certification.- In case the inspected accelerators meet technical requirements, the inspecting organization must issue an inspection certificate for the accelerators within 15 days from the date of approval of the inspection report at the facility.- If the inspected accelerators do not meet the technical requirements, the inspecting organization shall only issue an inspection report to the facility. This report must clearly state which technical requirements were not met, provide recommendations for rectification, and simultaneously notify the Ministry of Science and Technology in writing, accompanied by a copy of the inspection report.
