Responsibilities and Authority for the Preservation of Evidence that is Toxic Substances

Circular 135/2017/TT-BQP was issued by the Ministry of National Defense on May 26, 2017, specifically stipulating the agencies responsible for preserving toxic evidence.

Accordingly, Circular 135 stipulates that the agencies and units assigned with the task of managing and preserving exhibits include:

- The chemical storage belonging to the Chemical Department of the military zones, the Naval Service, and the Hanoi Capital Command manage and preserve exhibits that are toxic substances under the management scope of the Chemical sector.- The Military's Preventive Medicine Institute and the Military's Preventive Medicine Centers manage and preserve exhibits that are harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites, and vaccines under the management scope of the Military Medical sector.- The Military Forensic Institute and military hospitals in the military zones and Hanoi Capital manage and preserve exhibits that are blood samples, tissues, human body parts, and other exhibits related to the medical field under the management scope of the Military Medical sector.
