- Sufficient professional and administrative secretaries both in number and training to carry out the professional and administrative tasks of the Ethics Council.- Arrangement of office rooms, meeting rooms, and equipment, supplies to conduct administrative work, and archive the records of the Ethics Council ensuring safety and confidentiality.- Adequate facilities and equipment for the Ethics Council meetings and for the members to work.- Financial resources for the activities of the Ethics Council shall be sourced from the State budget in accordance with the current financial regulations applicable to scientific councils issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Science and Technology. For topics and projects not using the State budget, the researchers and sponsors must plan for self-funded expenses for all review and evaluation activities of the Ethics Council in accordance with the internal expenditure regulation of the organization establishing the Ethics Council in compliance with the law.
