Circular No. 10/2018/TT-BVHTTDL was issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Vietnam on January 31, 2018, listing specific requirements regarding facilities and equipment for bodybuilding training
The requirements for fitness and bodybuilding training venues in Vietnam are specifically stipulated in Circular 10 as follows:
- The training room must have a minimum area of 60 square meters, the distance from the floor to the ceiling must be at least 2.8 meters; the training space must ensure ventilation. The distance between training equipment must be between 10cm to 30cm;
- Lighting must be at least 150 lux;
- The sound system must be in good working condition;
- There must be areas for sanitation, changing clothes, and personal storage for trainees; a first aid kit must be provided as prescribed by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam;
- The rules must include the following essential contents: training hours, eligible participants, ineligible participants, and safety measures during training.
At the same time, Circular 10 also specifies that training equipment must comply with the regulations as shown in the table below:
