The carpet should be navy blue or jade green.- Backdrop: Behind the competition stage, there must be a backdrop in one of the following colors: dark blue, dark brown, dark green, or dark purple.- The podium for the Bodybuilding event is placed in the center of the stage. The dimensions of the podium are 06m in length, 02m in width, and 0.3m in height, with a light green or light blue carpet surrounding it.- Lighting must be at least 1500 lux. For the Fitness event, the lighting should be evenly distributed across the stage; for the Bodybuilding event, the lighting should be focused on the podium area.- The sound system must be in good working condition.- The warm-up area must be near the competition venue. Required warm-up equipment includes: barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, elastic bands, springs, and training benches.
