- A representative of the leadership of the Department of Health as the team leader;- An expert in HIV testing with at least 5 years of experience in performing confirmatory HIV testing using techniques suitable to the techniques requested by the medical facility;- A representative of the leadership of the provincial or city HIV/AIDS prevention and control focal point unit;- Other members as necessary.
