Requirements for Online Cooperative Registration Application

This is an important content stipulated in Circular 07/2019/TT-BKHDT amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular 03/2014/TT-BKHDT providing guidance on the registration of cooperatives and policies for reporting on the operation of cooperatives.

According to the new regulations, an online cooperative registration dossier is valid when the following requirements are met:

- All documents are complete, and their contents are fully declared as in the paper dossier and converted into electronic documents. The name of the electronic document must correspond to the name of the type of paper in the paper dossier.- The cooperative registration information is fully and accurately entered according to the information in the electronic documents.- The online cooperative registration dossier must be authenticated by a public digital signature of one of the following subjects:

- An individual authorized to sign a request for cooperative registration as per the regulations;- A person authorized by the individual to carry out procedures related to cooperative registration.
