Requirements for Materials in the Management of Generators

On September 21, 2017, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 94/2017/TT-BTC listing specific requirements for materials in managing generators.

Circular 94 stipulates that the unit assigned the responsibility for the direct management of generators is obligated to adequately prepare materials, equipment, and tools to serve the import, export, and storage processes of generators, including:

- Stands: Used to support and arrange generators;- Materials for import and export: Batteries, gasoline or diesel fuel, lubricating oil, cleaning rags, brooms, soap, Polypropylene (PP) tarpaulin, insect and pest control chemicals, transportation tools, stacking tools, office supplies;- Materials for storage: Batteries, gasoline or diesel fuel, lubricating oil, machine grease, brooms, cleaning rags, soap, tracing paper, Polypropylene (PP) tarpaulin, insect and pest control chemicals, vacuum cleaner (if available);- Materials related to electricity and water: Electrical wires, lighting bulbs inside and outside the warehouse, electricity for preservation equipment; water for import, export, storage, and fire prevention and fighting;- Tools and equipment for flood and storm prevention, fire prevention, and fighting;- Other related tools and equipment for generator import, export, and storage.
