Requirements for Facilities and Teaching Equipment for High-Quality Programs

Circular 21 stipulates that physical facilities and teaching equipment for high-quality programs must fully meet the current standards for physical facilities and teaching equipment of each industry, occupation, training level, and must ensure the following requirements:

- The classrooms for the high-quality training program must be designed as specialized classrooms, with adequate conditions to conduct integrated teaching methods combining both theory and practice, equipped with computers connected to the internet and other teaching and learning support devices suitable for the training industry or occupation;

- A full range of curriculum and reference materials both domestic and international, updated regularly; there must be a library and an electronic library for instructors and learners to search for information and utilize in teaching, learning, and scientific research;

- Adequate laboratories, practical workshops, and internships; equipped with necessary simulation software to serve teaching and other required physical facilities according to the high-quality program regulations set by the school;

- Mobilize resources of physical facilities and equipment from enterprises to participate in the training process of the high-quality program.

Note, for programs transferred from abroad, they must meet the requirements for physical facilities and teaching equipment of each program of the transferring country.
