Reporting Form of the Ministry of Home Affairs

Circular 06/2016/TT-BNV was issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on November 24, 2016, specifying the format of reports within the Home Affairs sector.

The reporting formats prescribed by Circular 06 are as follows:

- Mid-month, monthly, and quarterly reports: In electronic document format with the digital signature of the authorized person. In cases where the agency or unit does not use a digital signature, the report shall be in paper document format, signed by the authorized person (stamped if the agency or unit has a seal).- Semi-annual and annual reports: In paper document format, signed by the authorized person (stamped if the agency or unit has a seal); accompanied by an electronic file sent to the address specified in this Circular.- Special subject reports, irregular reports.

Additionally, Circular 06 also stipulates the destinations for reporting as follows:

- For electronic documents, send to the address: Phongthtk@moha.gov.vn.- For paper documents, send to the address: Ministry of Home Affairs, No. 08 Ton That Thuyet Street, Hanoi City.
