This is a notable content of Circular No. 21/2007/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the Law on Vietnamese Guest Workers and Decree No. 126/200/ND-CP detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese Guest Workers.
Circular No. 21/2007/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam guides the reporting (annual and ad hoc) by enterprises that send Vietnamese workers to work abroad (service enterprises) to State management agency as follows:
- To draw up lists of guest workers and lists of workers returning home or quitting contracts according to the forms in Appendices 10 and 11 to this Circular (not printed herein) and send them to the Guest Workers Administration Bureau before the 20th every month;
- To make annual reports on the situation of sending workers abroad, enclosed with financial reports on the sending of workers abroad, made according to the form in Appendix 13 to this Circular (not printed herein), and send them to the Guest Workers Administration Bureau before December 20 every year;
- To make reports on the number of local workers recruited to work abroad according to the form in Appendix 14 to this Circular (not printed herein) and send them to the Guest Workers Administration Bureau before December 20 every year.
Besides, Circular No. 21/2007/TT-BLDTBXH also stipulates the reporting by non-business organizations sending workers abroad as follows:
- To draw up lists of guest workers and lists of workers returning home or quitting contracts according to the forms in Appendices 10 and 11 to this Circular (not printed herein) and send them to the Guest Workers Administration Bureau before the 20th every month;
- To send annual reports on the situation of sending workers abroad to the ministries, ministerial-level agencies and government-attached agencies directly managing the organizations and to the Guest Workers Administration Bureau before December 20 every year.
