Report on the Law Enforcement of Administrative Violations Handling

At the end of 2018, the Ministry of Justice issued Circular 16/2018/TT-BTP stipulating policies on reporting in the management of law enforcement on handling administrative violations and monitoring the implementation of laws.

According to Circular 16, the reporting agency is responsible for fully, honestly, and accurately reporting the contents stipulated in the Report Outline Template and the data report forms.

Additionally, Circular 16 also specifies the responsibilities for preparing and compiling reports as follows:

- Organizations under Central agencies organized in a vertical structure located in provinces and centrally-run cities are responsible for concurrently reporting fully, honestly, and accurately to the direct managing supervisory agency and the People's Committee (UBND) at the same level where the Central agency is headquartered.- Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and agencies under the Government of Vietnam organized in a vertical structure located in provinces and centrally-run cities are responsible for fully compiling data reports from affiliated units into reports submitted to the Ministry of Justice.
