Report on the Enforcement of Laws on Handling Administrative Violations that Have Been Altered are Invalid

This is notable content in Circular 16/2018/TT-BTP, which stipulates reporting policies in the management of law enforcement activities related to handling administrative violations and monitoring the implementation of the law. This document replaces Circular 10/2015/TT-BTP.

To be specific:, Circular 16 stipulates that in cases where reports or data forms are arbitrarily erased or altered, resulting in the distortion of content or figures, such reports and data forms will be deemed invalid.

Also according to Circular 16, when there is a need to amend or supplement the content or figures in a report, the reporting agency is responsible for submitting the amended or supplemented report, accompanied by a clear explanatory document regarding the amendments or supplements. The document must be signed and stamped for confirmation.
