Repeal of Certain Documents in the Field of Legal Aid

On September 26, 2018, the Ministry of Justice promulgated Circular 13/2018/TT-BTP to abrogate several legal documents issued by the Minister of Justice or jointly issued in the field of legal aid.

- Decision 02/2008/QD-BTP dated February 28, 2008, of the Minister of Justice promulgating the Model Regulation on the organization and operation of State Legal Aid Centers;- Decision 03/2008/QD-BTP dated February 28, 2008, of the Minister of Justice promulgating the Model Charter on the organization and operation of Legal Aid Clubs;- Decision 07/2008/QD-BTP dated December 5, 2008, of the Minister of Justice promulgating the Regulation on Legal Aid Professional Training;- Decision 08/2008/QD-BTP dated December 8, 2008, of the Minister of Justice promulgating the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Legal Aid Fund;- Decision 10/2008/QD-BTP dated December 10, 2008, of the Minister of Justice approving the Scheme for Legal Aid Professional Training for the period 2008-2010, with an orientation towards 2015;- Decision 08/2006/QD-BTP dated November 15, 2006, of the Minister of Justice promulgating the Plan of the Justice Sector to implement Directive 35/2006/CT-TTg dated October 13, 2016, of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on the implementation of the Law on Legal Aid.
