Circular 04/2015/TT-BTP provides regulations on grading the results of occupational probational tests for notary practice as follows:
1. Each test paper is graded by two members of the Grading Committee independently. The test papers are graded on a scale of 100.
The score for each test is the average of the scores given by the two examiners. In case the two examiners' scores differ by 20 points or more, the Chief Examiner will organize a third evaluation of the candidate's test; the score from this evaluation will be the official score for the test. If the two examiners' scores still differ by 20 points or more in the reevaluation, they must discuss directly to reach a consensus on the score under the supervision of the Chief Examiner; if a consensus cannot be reached, the Chief Examiner will make the final decision on the official score.
2. Candidates who meet the exam requirements must score at least 50 points in each test.
3. Within 15 days from the end of the scoring process, the Chairman of the Examination Council is responsible for informing the Department of Justice and the Notary Association (where established) of the test results for participants in the area of the test, and sending the results to the Legal Support Bureau for publication on the Ministry of Justice's electronic information portal.
