Regulations on the Implementation in Training Intermediate Professional Level in Basic Military Sector

Recently, the Ministry of National Defense issued Circular 117/2009/TT-BQP on regulations for intermediate vocational training in the field of basic military affairs.

The implementation policies in the training course for intermediate vocational education in the basic military sector according to Circular 117/2009/TT-BQP are as follows:

+ Conference Regime in Training:

- The student management unit organizes a monthly training experience review conference in the afternoon of the last Monday of the month. The participants include student management officials, students, teacher representatives, the Staff and Training Department, the Political Department, the Logistics Department/ Military School, the Training Department/ Political School.- Quarterly, the Management Board of the Military School organizes a training briefing in the morning of the last Thursday of the last month of the quarter. The participants include the Management Board, commanders of departments, faculties, the Training Department of the Political School, student representatives, and one member of the Political School's Management Board is invited to attend.- Based on the actual situation of the school and the locality to organize a conference to implement training tasks and a conference to review the training course appropriately.

+ Briefing and Reporting Regime:

- Daily, departments, faculties, and training units organize briefings to grasp the day's situation, chaired by the Management Board.- Daily, the on-duty class and the on-duty school summarize the day's training situation and report to the Staff and Training Department from 3 PM to 4 PM. The report must be confirmed by the student management official.

+ Training Inspection and Supervision Regime:

- Training inspection and supervision aim to enhance management efficiency in school training activities.- The content of training inspection and supervision focuses on implementing the plan, organizing training and teaching, and training quality.- At the end of the inspection and supervision, there will be comments, grading for each aspect, and an overall evaluation score. The inspection and supervision report must be confirmed by the teacher, student management officials, and inspection and supervision officials.- Training inspection and supervision are conducted regularly throughout the course. Training supervision is conducted periodically, as requested by the commander and the practical training requirements. Inspectors of any level are appointed by the commander of that level.- Inspection and supervision: Provincial Military Command once a month, Military Region Command once a quarter, Ministry of Defense at least once in a training course.
