Article 9 of Circular 49/2014/TT-BNNPTNT stipulates the establishment and publication of the List of forensic experts in Vietnam as follows:

For forensic experts appointed and dismissed by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development:

The Legal Department shall establish a list of appointed and dismissed forensic experts along with the information of the forensic experts and send it to the Information Technology and Statistics Center for publication on the Ministry’s electronic information portal, while also sending it to the Ministry of Justice to create a general list of forensic experts.

For forensic experts in the field of agriculture and rural development appointed and dismissed by the Chairperson of the Provincial People's Committee:

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is responsible for establishing, adjusting, and sending the list of appointed and dismissed forensic experts along with the information of the forensic experts for publication on the electronic information portal of the Provincial People’s Committee, while also sending it to the Ministry of Justice to create a general list of forensic experts.
