Regulations on the Destruction of Special Protective Paper

On May 15, 2018, the Ministry of Public Security has just issued Circular 14/2018/TT-BCA accompanied by regulations on the destruction of special protection documents.

- The Department of Military Security Protection collects the special protection paper to be destroyed along with an Official Dispatch requesting to send it to the Command of Guards;- The Command of Guards is responsible for collecting the special protection paper to be destroyed from the Guard forces under the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense and reporting to the Minister of Public Security for consideration and decision on destruction;- The destruction must be recorded in a minutes.
