Regulations on the Deadline for Submitting Award Recommendation Dossiers in the Procuracy Sector

The deadline for submitting award proposals within the People's Procuracy sector is stipulated in Circular 01/2019/TT-VKSTC as follows:

- The deadline for submitting award proposals at the State level and Sector level is implemented according to the annual guidelines of the Supreme People's Procuracy.- For forms of awards under the authority of the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Emulation and Reward Department shall appraise the award dossiers and submit them to the Emulation and Reward Council of the People's Procuracy sector within 25 working days from the date of receipt of the complete dossier as prescribed before submitting them to the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy for consideration and decision.- For proposals based on meritorious services and achievements, within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the complete dossier, the Supreme People's Procuracy shall submit the proposal to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam for consideration and decision.- For cases not meeting the conditions, standards, and dossiers as prescribed, within 10 working days from the date the Emulation and Reward Council of the People's Procuracy sector decides on the award, the Emulation and Reward Department shall notify the submitting unit about the collective or individual not meeting the award criteria.
