Regulations on the composition norms of Economic - Technical norms in Vietnam (Illustration)

Economic - Technical norms Announced for National Remote Sensing Metadata issued under Circular 09/2019/TT-BTNMT stipulates that the economic - technical norms include the following component norms:

1. Labor norms

- Labor technology norms: labor technology norms (hereinafter referred to as Labor norms) are the direct labor time required to produce a product. The content of labor norms includes:- Work content: specifies the basic operations to perform the technological work step (technological work).- Staffing: specifies the number and technical level of labor performing the work step. The technical level of work is determined through the labor grade based on current legal regulations.- norms: specifies the direct labor time to produce one unit of product; unit of calculation is workday/unit product. One workday (shift) is calculated as 8 working hours.

2. Material and Equipment norms

- Material and equipment norms include:

- Material usage norms: the quantity of materials required to produce one unit of product.- Tool usage norms: the time (shift) that laborers directly use tools to produce one unit of product.- Equipment usage norms: the time (shift) that laborers directly use the necessary equipment to produce one unit of product.

- The service life of tools (depreciation time), equipment (depreciation time) is the specified time for using tools and equipment in production activities under normal conditions, in accordance with the economic - technical parameters of the tools and equipment.

- Tool service life: determined by statistical method; unit of calculation is month.- Equipment depreciation time: according to current legal documents.

- The standard for small, auxiliary tools is calculated as 5% of the tool standard in the tool standard table.

- The standard for minor, miscellaneous materials and shrinkage is calculated as 8% of the material standard in the material standard table.
