- Issuance of flood forecasting and warning bulletins shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 13, Article 22 of Decision 46/2014/QD-TTg on disaster forecasting, warning, and communication.- The content of flood forecasting and warning bulletins shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 14, Article 23 of Decision 46/2014/QD-TTg on disaster forecasting, warning, and communication.- Warning of natural disaster risk levels due to floods shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Decision 44/2014/QD-TTg detailing the level of natural disaster risk.

Refer to the flood forecasting and warning plan in Circular 41/2016/TT-BTNMT effective from February 10, 2017.
