Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Circular 11/2014/TT-BKHCNN regulating the assessment and acceptance of the results of national-level science and technology tasks funded by the state budget in Vietnam.
Regulations on Submitting application for assessment and acceptance of National-level science and technology tasks in Vietnam (Internet image)
Circular 11/2014/TT-BKHCN specifically governs the submission of dossiers for the assessment and acceptance of national-level science and technology tasks in Vietnam as follows:
- Deadline for dossier submission: Dossiers must be submitted within 30 days from the end of the contract or the extended contract date (if any).
- Dossiers are to be submitted directly or via postal mail to the task management unit, including: 01 original dossier (with seal and direct signature) and 01 electronic copy (PDF format, without security settings).
- Within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier, the task management unit must notify the hosting organization of the validity of the dossier according to Form 3 attached to this Circular. If the dossier is deemed invalid, the hosting organization must supplement it within 05 working days from the date of receiving the notification from the task management unit.
Additionally, this Circular also provides information on the results of the implementation of national-level science and technology tasks, such as:
- General information about the task: Name; code number; budget; implementation period; hosting organization, main supervisor, and primary members involved in the task;
- Scheduled time and place for assessment and acceptance;
- Content of the self-assessment report on the results of the task implementation.
