Regulations on Salary Payment of Viettel Group

In 2016, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 33/2016/TT-BLDTBXH providing guidance for the pilot implementation of labor and salary management for the Military Telecommunications Group for the 2016-2020 period.

According to Circular 33/2016/TT-BLDTBXH, the salary policy of the Military Telecommunications Group is implemented as follows:

- The company establishes the salary policy based on position, job title, linked to productivity, quality, and business efficiency of the company, and the degree of task completion by the company's management personnel and employees.- The salary policy is built ensuring conformity with the law, democracy, openness, transparency, and with the participation of the representative organization of the collective labor at the base.- The company's salary policy must be reported to the representative agency of the owner (or the owner) for comments before implementation.
