Regulations on Reporting Period for the Enforcement of Administrative Violation Sanctioning Law

The Ministry of Justice has recently signed and promulgated Circular 16/2018/TT-BTP stipulating the reporting policies in the management of the implementation of the law on handling administrative violations and monitoring the implementation of the law.

According to Circular 16, regarding reports in the management of law enforcement on administrative violations, the reporting period is specified as follows:

- Reporting period: Semi-annual and annual.- The data collection period for semi-annual and annual reports is carried out according to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam on reporting policies of state administrative agencies.- The report must be sent to the Ministry of Justice no later than 7 days from the date of data finalization.

Additionally, Circular 16 also stipulates the reporting time for monitoring the implementation of the law, specifically:

- Reporting period: Annual.- The data collection period for the report and the deadline for sending the report to the Ministry of Justice are carried out according to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam on reporting policies of state administrative agencies.
