Regulations on Principles and Authority for Issuing Forest Price Frameworks

Circular 32/2018/TT-BNNPTNT has been issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, stipulating the method of forest valuation and the framework for forest prices.

According to Circular 32, the issuance of forest price frameworks must be based on the following principles and issued by the following entities:

- The forest price framework is determined by the general valuation method for special-use forests, protection forests, and production forests under public ownership.- The Provincial People's Committee is authorized to issue the price framework for each type of forest within the province's jurisdiction and promptly adjust the forest price framework when the factors forming forest prices change.- The forest price framework is considered for adjustment in the event of an increase or decrease of more than 20% compared to the current stipulated price continuously for a period of six (06) months or more.
